Premium Insured Shipping:

By purchasing shipping protection on the cart page, you will be entitled to a free replacement in the event your product is damaged, lost or stolen during shipping.

Without “Premium Insured Shipping”, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of packages during shipping.

 

Transport companies:

To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, we work with a few international courier companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and others to ship your product quickly and safely depending on the region you live in.

 

Shipping costs:

We offer free shipping within Canada.

 

Order tracking:

Customs and duties:
